Welcome to qrcodemaker ("qrcodemaker", "we", "us" or "our"), an independent software business operating the qrcodemaker service. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered QR code generation services, including standard QR codes, custom-designed QR codes, and AI art QR codes, available at https://qrcodemaker.tech (the "Service").
By creating an account, subscribing to any plan, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.
Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.1 What we provide. qrcodemaker provides an AI-technology-centered platform that lets users generate standard and custom QR codes, transform QR codes into AI-generated artwork, and manage scans and analytics. The Service is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product delivered over the internet.
2.2 Nature of the Service. The Service is a digital, intangible product. Access is activated immediately upon payment confirmation. Because of the immediate-delivery nature of digital services, refunds are subject to the specific limitations described in Section 6 and our Refund Policy.
2.3 Third-party AI model dependency. The Service uses third-party AI model providers, including Stable Diffusion (SDXL) served through the Replicate API for AI art generation and DeepSeek LLM for optional prompt enhancement. The performance and availability of the Service may be affected by the operational status of these providers. Material interruptions will be communicated to users where practicable.
3.1 Account creation. Use of the Service requires creating an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
3.2 Account security.
3.3 Business accounts. If you register on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to this agreement.
4.1 Plans. We offer subscription plans (Free, Pro, Enterprise) for access to the Service. Current plan details and pricing are available on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify plan features or introduce new plans; price changes follow Section 4.3.
4.2 Payment processing. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record and PCI-DSS compliant payment processor — Waffo Pancake — as shown at checkout (where another provider such as Creem is indicated at checkout, that provider processes the transaction instead). We never store your payment card details on our servers.
4.3 Automatic renewal authorization. When you provide a payment method and subscribe to a paid plan, you expressly authorize qrcodemaker to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the corresponding subscription fees. This recurring authorization remains in effect until you cancel your subscription in accordance with Section 5. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. We will send a renewal notice before annual subscriptions renew.
4.4 Taxes. Unless otherwise stated, listed prices exclude applicable taxes (including VAT, GST, and sales tax). Where required by applicable law, we will collect and remit such taxes.
4.5 Your payment obligations.
5.1 How to cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through either of the following methods:
Cancellation takes effect immediately. We will send a confirmation email within 10 minutes.
5.2 Effect of cancellation.
Because our digital Service is delivered immediately and is intangible in nature, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except in the following cases: the 7-day guarantee for first-time subscribers (provided usage has not exceeded 30% of the plan quota), duplicate charges caused by billing errors, verified service interruptions longer than 72 hours, and statutory withdrawal or refund rights (such as the EU/UK fourteen-day cooling-off period, which is preserved). If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us first at billing@qrcodemaker.tech before initiating a dispute with your bank. We commit to responding within 2 business days and to resolving confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.
8.1 Output ownership. Subject to compliance with these Terms, AI content generated from your input ("Output") belongs to you. You may use the Output for any lawful purpose permitted by Section 9.
8.2 Input license. By submitting content to the Service ("Input"), you grant qrcodemaker a limited, non-exclusive license to use that Input solely to provide the Service to you. We will not use your Input to train AI models without your explicit consent.
8.3 Third-party AI model dependency. The Service uses third-party AI model providers, including Stable Diffusion (SDXL) via the Replicate API and DeepSeek LLM. Output may be influenced by these providers' models. We do not guarantee specific output quality and are not liable for content generated by third-party models.
8.4 AI output accuracy. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying Output before relying on it — including test-scanning AI art QR codes before printing.
9.1 Permitted use. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms, including personal productivity, business automation, and research and development activities.

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Payment card data is handled exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor (Waffo Pancake, or the provider indicated at checkout) and is not stored on our servers. Account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted.
11.1 Disclaimer. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or AI output accuracy.
11.2 AI-generated content disclaimer. ⚠️ AI output from the Service may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Do not use it as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Always verify with a qualified professional before acting on AI-generated content.
11.3 Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qrcodemaker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim event.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, are suspected of fraud, or where required by law. If we terminate the Service for reasons other than your breach, we will refund the prorated unused portion of prepaid fees. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@qrcodemaker.tech.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which qrcodemaker is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before initiating formal proceedings, please contact legal@qrcodemaker.tech to attempt informal resolution.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before their effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and qrcodemaker.
